• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to adapt to non-traditional candidate profiles and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a tailored talent strategy across Poland for services and university hires.
• Serve as the primary University Recruiter for focus areas in Poland.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs across technical teams.
• Calibrate top-of-funnel strategies and streamline interviews to reduce time-to-hire.
• Elevate employer brand in Poland to attract top services, tech, and consulting talent.
