Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or a related role within a global technology or consulting environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset with problem-solving initiative.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute talent attraction strategy for Services division in Poland, targeting university and experience hires.
• Serve as primary University Recruiter on key focus areas and hire in Poland.
• Partner with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand needs.
• Calibrate top-of-funnel strategies, streamline interview processes, and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Elevate Veeva's employer brand in Poland to attract top-tier services, technical, and consulting talent.
