Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or related roles.
• Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and initiative.
• Experience in global technology or consulting environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division across Poland for experience and university hires.
• Serve as the primary University Recruiter on focus areas and hires in Poland.
• Partner with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand specific technical and operational needs.
• Calibrate top-of-funnel strategies and streamline interview processes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Strengthen Veeva's employer brand and visibility in Poland for services, technical, and consulting talent.
