Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment
• Language Skills: Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Mindset: Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving (Care, Notice, Act)
• Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability: Openness to alternative talent attraction strategies, non-traditional candidate profiles, and evolving team operating models.

Responsibilities

• Build tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division across the Polish market for experience and university hires.
• Deliver as the primary University Recruiter on critical focus areas, supporting hires in Poland.
• Partner with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand technical and operational needs.
• Drive speed and operational excellence by calibrating top-of-funnel strategies and streamlining interviews.
• Elevate employer brand in Poland to attract top-tier services, technical, and consulting talent.
