GFIC Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult.Ing is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Poland to drive business for plant-based and animal nutrition ingredients. You will manage B2B sales, develop tailored recipes, and coordinate with suppliers while visiting customers across Poland.

The role requires a food technology or chemistry background, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Formación

• Food technology or food chemistry education is required.
• 3–5 years experience with food ingredients (sales/production/R&D).
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategy for dedicated ingredients and business development.
• Visit customers in Poland and analyze their needs; tailor-made recipes when required.
• Attend production trials at customers and run small-scale trials in the application kitchen.
