Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd invites a Technical Sales Engineer to Poland to blend hands-on technical support with business development, serving as the bridge between our headquarters and the Polish market in the food processing industry.

You will drive equipment commissioning on-site, train customers and partners, recruit local distributors, map key accounts, manage projects from inquiry to closing, and represent the company at regional events.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in automation, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• Polish and English fluency.
• 1–5 years in industrial equipment sales or technical commissioning.
• Experience with food processing or packaging machinery is a plus.
• Strong client development and distributor-channel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct technical and operational training for customers and partners.
• Develop and map key accounts in the food processing sector.
• Manage client visits, product testing, and project lifecycles from inquiry to closing.
• Recruit and manage local distributors and sales agents.
• Gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
• Represent the company at trade shows and regional events.
