Job summary
A leading producer of food ingredients is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of phosphate and complementary ingredient lines in Poland. This fully remote position involves developing sales strategies, engaging with pet food and food processors, and delivering technical presentations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical sales in the food industry and be fluent in both English and Polish. Competitive salary and bonus structure offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' technical sales or application support experience in the food ingredients industry.
- Demonstrated success selling functional ingredients.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty food ingredients across Poland.
- Identify and qualify new prospects within pet food manufacturers and human food processors.
- Deliver technical presentations and conduct trials to demonstrate product performance.
