Job summary

OneReach.ai seeks a client-facing Technical Project Manager to deliver automation projects for enterprise customers. You will work with customers and technical teams to define practical solutions, align timelines and budgets, and drive delivery across multiple projects.

You will coordinate priorities, develop proposals, and ensure documentation and governance for each engagement. A flexible, remote-friendly culture supports ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing management roles (BA/IT PM/PO).
• 2+ years in QA or Development roles.
• Fluent business English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage time frames and budgets.
• Experience managing technical projects in a modern software environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them to delivery teams.
• Lead cross-project coordination of priorities, timelines, budgets and day-to-day activities.
• Develop pre-sales demonstrations and maintain client proposals across project stages.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate across projects.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and profitability margins.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and proposals from multiple sources.
• Collaborate in a flat, open environment with ownership and accountability.
