Job summary

Nmierp is seeking an AI Engineer / Microsoft AI & Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-based solutions and process automation within the Microsoft environment. You will also participate in ERP implementations for Dynamics 365 Business Central and engage with clients on Power Platform and Copilot Studio projects.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, cross-team integration, and ongoing learning of Microsoft AI features.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure or related tools.
Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, or related Microsoft AI tools.
Good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystem integration.
Ability to design and implement automation solutions.
Independence, good work organization, and communication skills.
English language proficiency enabling work with technical documentation and clients.
Desirable: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Azure, M365).
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Implement AI solutions supporting internal teams and clients.
Collaborate on ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
Create technical documentation and provide user support.
Monitor performance and security of implemented solutions.
Track new Microsoft AI features.
