Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to support enterprise integrations. This remote role spans working with customers, configuring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful deployments across EST time zones.

The role requires ownership of technical implementations, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple customer projects with minimal supervision. Contract runs for 12 months, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a technical role (Implementation/Integrations/Tech Consultant/L2+ Support) for SaaS or software.
• Hands-on configuring and troubleshooting integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and standard auth/identity protocols.
• Able to be the primary technical contact for customer integrations from setup to deployment.
• Able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer-facing communication.
• Structured, analytical approach to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test enterprise integrations between orgs and customers using REST APIs, webhooks, and standard authentication (SAML/OAuth).
• Act as consultative point for customers and internal stakeholders when scoping and feasibility of solutions.
• Be the primary technical contact during implementations and migrations; coordinate via email, Slack, and virtual meetings.
• Translate customer use cases into clear technical requirements for integrations and deployment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues using logs and payloads; escalate with clear context to engineering.
