Job summary

LanceSoft Europe seeks an English-speaking Project Coordinator to guide onboarding and go-live for new customers. You’ll coordinate across customer teams, support implementations, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Join a remote-friendly role with 9am–5pm CET or 10am–6pm CET hours, supporting international customers and driving successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles with external customers or partners.
• Experience with a SaaS platform and remote work tools (e.g. Slack, Google Drive, Teams).
• High English language proficiency, with ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Comfortable in a remote-first, async environment, collaborating across teams/time zones.
• Hands-on use of at least one project management tool (Jira/Asana/Trello/M Monday.com/Notion).
• Familiarity with learning platforms or similar products; testing features and troubleshooting configuration.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line contact for customers using our learning platform.
• Drive successful implementations, troubleshoot issues, and collect logs for issues.
• Provide technical and configuration support via email and async channels.
• Run trainings, onboarding, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls to support adoption.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share next steps with customers.
• Collect bug reports and product feedback, highlighting recurring pain points.
• Handle escalations and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and resources.
• Help customers interpret analytics to improve training effectiveness.
