Job summary

Margo Group in Poland is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead streams within a global Tax Operations Transformation program. The role is remote with occasional office visits and starts in Q1 2027, for a 12-month duration, with a possibility to extend.

Two profiles: Profile 1 focuses on Tax Data & Master Data Management to create a single source of truth; Profile 2 covers Target Operating Model design, procedures, KPIs, and client-facing delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large transformation programs in financial services.
• Fluent English, with strong communication to senior management.
• Knowledge of Tax/Regulatory operations is a plus.
• PM certification (PMI/PRINCE2/Agile) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned program streams to meet milestones and regulatory readiness.
• Drive cross-business alignment among stakeholders.
• Apply Agile practices to ensure value delivery.
• Establish and report on KPIs and governance for the program.
• Embed data governance and standardized controls into daily operations.
