Qualifications

• Postgraduate experience in a similar operations role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with a longer term focus.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starting with high ownership; flexible and fast learner.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a risk manager for regulatory compliance and firm obligations.
• Industrialise and automate tax processes and implement robust controls.
• Perform impact assessments for new markets, products, reorganizations, system changes, and tax regs.
• Review tax reclaim documentation.
• Interpret market updates and propose operational changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trading, Corporate Tax and Technology.
• Develop career through regulatory change management as a strategic priority.
