Job summary

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks a Tax Leader to drive group-wide tax matters and oversee ERP SAP integration. You will collaborate with the Group Tax Team and IT to implement automated processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring effective controls and timely delivery.

Requirements include at least 3 years in tax, leadership and communication skills, and fluent English. A formal tax qualification is preferred. Hybrid work with two onsite days in Poznań.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax / similar role.
• Experience with multi-tax jurisdiction ERP implementation (configuration and ongoing development), SAP preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Track record in tax technology and cross-jurisdiction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tax matters on a Group-wide basis across entities and jurisdictions.
• Support SAP ERP implementation for the Group Tax Team from design to go-live and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Group Tax Team and ERP implementation team (Finance and IT).
• Define and validate tax data requirements including master data, transactional data, and reporting outputs.
• Maintain open relationships with tax authorities and provide expert validation of controls.
