Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner fluent in French and English to support international recruitment projects in a fully remote environment. You will manage blue-collar and high-volume hiring across multiple locations and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in blue-collar, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or volume recruitment.
• Experience across multiple functions in-house, RPO, or agency environments.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including blue-collar and high-volume hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluations to identify top talent.
• Coordinate offers and support hiring managers through decision-making.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support recruitment initiatives across the French-speaking market.
