Job summary

Ledgebrook is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep our growing recruitment engine running smoothly—from the first interview to the new hire's first day. You will own interview scheduling, chase feedback, and support recruiters across the US, Poland, and Ireland while partnering with HRBP and People Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Experience: 1+ year in recruitment coordination, HR, or fast-paced administrative/operations roles.
• Operator mindset: gets things done and takes ownership.
• Comfort with ambiguity: can run with limited information.
• Organization: exceptional workload management across priorities.
• Communication: fluent English, professional and friendly.
• Attention to detail: scheduling accuracy and data entry.
• Responsiveness: proactive follow-ups and timely actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across calendars and time zones.
• Chase feedback from interviewers to keep decisions moving.
• Monitor hiring stages and flag bottlenecks for speed and quality.
• Support internal and external recruiters across geographies (US, Poland, Ireland).
• Coordinate onboarding handover with HRBP and People Ops for smooth start.
• Act as primary candidate contact to ensure a positive experience.
