Job summary

HAVI Belgium Kraków is seeking a seasoned Planning professional to manage inventory, develop production and distribution plans, and support cross‑functional supply chain projects. You will analyze forecasts, optimize stock levels, and drive continuous improvement across teams in an international environment.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain planning, strong ERP and reporting tool experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or related area.
• Strong understanding of planning processes, inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning apps and reporting tools (Maestro, SCV, JDA, JDE, OBIEE or similar).
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and translate into recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong organizational and multi‑priority能力.
• Experience with cross‑functional and international teams; continuous improvement mindset.
• SQL knowledge and project management experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across the supply chain to meet target service levels while minimizing costs.
• Ensure products are in the right place at the right time and optimal cost.
• Develop and execute production, distribution, and inventory plans for core and promotional items.
• Support supply chain projects ensuring timely milestones and objectives.
• Conduct capacity analyses for promotions and assess risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor planning performance, identify improvements, and perform root cause analyses.
• Review forecasts and mitigate supply risks with proactive actions.
• Track compliance with plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to adjust shipment plans, BOMs, sourcing, safety stock.
• Identify process gaps and drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to data‑driven decisions and best practices in supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and at the optimal cost.
• Develop and execute production, distribution, and inventory plans for both core and promotional items.
• Support supply chain projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and business objectives.
• Perform capacity analyses for promotional activities and assess operational and financial risks, proposing contingency plans when needed.
• Monitor planning performance, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct root cause analyses to address supply chain issues.
• Review supplier and distribution center forecasts, proactively identifying and mitigating potential supply risks.
• Track compliance with supply chain plans and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement changes to shipment plans, bill of materials, sourcing strategies, safety stock levels, and other planning parameters.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the optimization of supply chain performance through data‑driven decision‑making and best practices.
