Job summary

i9 Sports East Columbus is seeking a Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to build and maintain a year-round staffing pipeline of coaches, referees, coordinators, and site managers across youth programs.

The role emphasizes recruiting, onboarding, and proactive scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right times, with a flexible, partly remote administrative component.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, proactive and dependable with strong communication.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding process coordination.
• Ability to build a year-round staffing pipeline and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a year-round pipeline of coaches, referees, coordinators, and site managers.
• Post positions on job boards and recruit from multiple sources.
• Review applications and conduct initial communications and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and keep staffing records up to date.
• Create staff schedules across multiple sports and locations.
• Communicate schedules to staff and monitor availability and gaps.
