AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to run and enhance a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds. You will handle automation, tooling, and incident management to ensure high availability and scalable operations.

Role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes, Linux fundamentals, and cloud experience (AWS or Azure). Remote-friendly with flexible schedules and strong growth opportunities within a people-first culture.

Formación

• Hands-on Kubernetes operations in production (4+ years).
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience with public cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with observability tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts and up-to-date runbooks.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform with demand.
