AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will work with observability tooling, manage incidents end-to-end, onboard new clients, and build automation to improve performance.

The role emphasizes Kubernetes production experience, Linux proficiency, and experience with a major cloud provider (AWS or Azure). Remote work with flexible hours is supported.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Troubleshooting complex systems from the application layer to infrastructure.
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS or Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Leverage observability tooling to ensure actionable alerts with up-to-date runbooks and documentation.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and evaluate performance.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
