Job summary

Remote is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Leader to guide our globally distributed SRE and Platform Engineering teams. You will own reliability practices, incident response, and on-call governance while mentoring engineers across regions.

You will drive thoughtful collaboration with security, development, and product teams, promoting open communication and robust observability. This is a fully remote role across international locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in site reliability, DevOps or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading an SRE or platform engineering team.
• Ability to coach both craft and soft skills.
• Experience with incidents, on-call, and SLOs.
• Familiarity with regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE team and own reports' growth and career progression.
• Define and track SRE goals, on-call models and improvements.
• Collaborate with security, product and engineering leadership.
