Job summary

RTB House is seeking engineers for its Platform Engineering team. You will plan and lead development in areas like deployment, monitoring, databases or load balancing within existing infrastructure.

You will coordinate a project team of 3-4 members and collaborate with other RTB House units to ensure reliability and scalability of built solutions. The role emphasizes technical leadership, broad systems knowledge and a proactive attitude.

• Excellent understanding of how complex IT systems work across hardware, software and algorithms.
