Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and platform reliability.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing advanced test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Proven track record in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and system performance.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and observability/monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to mentor teams across infrastructure and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks to improve quality and release velocity.
• Apply SRE principles to establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; enhance observability.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC processes from requirements to deployment and production support.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead for one of our clients, a globally recognized financial enterprise. This leadership role is central to a new cybersecurity transformation project. You will be responsible for the end-to-end reliability, testing automation, and operational excellence of newly built enterprise security solutions. By combining deep software engineering fundamentals with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, you will ensure the platform is highly resilient, scalable, and performs flawlessly under pressure.

What will your tasks involve?

• Test Automation Strategy: Design, develop, and implement robust automated testing frameworks from the ground up to improve software quality and release velocity.
• SRE & Observability: Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Champion observability through advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• SDLC Leadership: Drive end-to-end SDLC processes—from requirements analysis and design, through testing, to deployment and production support.
• CI/CD & DevOps Excellence: Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration, automated testing, and seamless delivery.
• Incident Management: Lead root cause analysis, incident management, and post-incident reviews to drive continuous operational improvement and system resiliency.
