Job summary

Kairos, a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy, is building a Special Projects team and seeks a generalist to help launch and run time-bound initiatives.

You will work across early-stage projects, build the infrastructure they rely on, and grow into broader responsibilities. The role is remote with office access in SF, London, Boston, and Berkeley, plus occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Launch one or two early-stage projects and drive them to ground.
• Set up the systems behind projects, including applications, communications, and automations.
• Take on increasing ownership as projects mature and adapt to strengths.
• Collaborate with Kairos programs like SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator.
