Software Mind seeks an experienced Technical Lead for a risk-analysis platform with AI-driven features. You’ll head a cross-functional team of C#/.NET, React, Python developers and a data platform engineer, delivering production-grade services with hands-on coding.

Expect 70% coding, modern tooling, and close collaboration with clients. The role emphasizes autonomy, distributed leadership, and international projects in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial software development.
• 5+ years as a technical lead on production systems.
• Strong hands-on coding in C#/.NET and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship production C#/.NET services and APIs.
• Contribute to and review Python work to the same standard as .NET.
• Lead AI-tooling adoption and ensure robust testing.
• Deploy via Docker, Helm and Azure DevOps pipelines to AKS.
• Translate designs into technical plans and task breakdowns.
• Run code reviews and set engineering standards for testing and AI tooling.
• Mentor distributed developers and unblock blockers.
• Act as the team’s technical point of contact with the client.
