Job summary

Sapiens is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to design, develop, configure, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that boost efficiency and user experience, while leveraging AI tools to improve delivery outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong ServiceNow expertise across modules, and English fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, Case/Account/Incident/Change/SLA/Service Catalog, ACL).
Experience with AI tools or AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API and platform customization.
Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs for integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules per business requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow apps, workflows, forms, and reports.
Develop and maintain workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and script includes.
Perform ServiceNow administration activities including user and role management, security configuration.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Leverage AI tools to enhance solution design, development, and productivity.
