Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Poland is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT users. You will solve problems, guide users step by step, and collaborate with technical teams to fix issues on time.

You will support users in German and Polish with AI-assisted translation to English, work across 24/7 shifts, and grow your hands-on IT experience in an international environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Very good command of German and Polish with good English.
Willingness to work a 24/7 shift model, including weekends.
Interest in IT, technology and troubleshooting.
Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help others.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT users and guide them to a resolution.
Resolve IT requests and incidents across software, hardware, laptops, and mobile devices.
Connect remotely to devices to fix issues step by step.
Own tickets from start to finish with clear records in the ITSM tool.
Collaborate with 2nd/3rd level teams to resolve cases within SLAs.
Identify recurring issues and suggest automation ideas.
Help users maximize use of applications and adopt new tech.
Provide German and Polish support with AI-assisted translation checked for accuracy.
