The candidate should bring deep expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal templates, with strong knowledge of Core HCM and Core Compensation.

The role involves designing and maintaining performance workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity across Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT/HR systems experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a practitioner in the Workday Talent and Performance module.
• Proven expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal template configuration.
• Strong background in Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain performance reviews, calibration processes, and goal templates within the Workday Talent and Performance module.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align performance management cycles with organizational strategy.
• Support integration points and cross-module processes between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform functional testing, and ensure data integrity across performance management workflows.
