Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join a global implementation project focused on Workday Financial Management. You will collaborate with an international partner to ensure compliance with Polish regulations and drive the rollout.

Remote work options are available from Poland. Key responsibilities include guiding Workday Financial Management functionalities, aligning with local Polish rules (JPK, KSeF), and supporting SAP integrations during migration.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Management.
Strong knowledge of Polish financial regulations, including JPK and KSeF.
Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Experience in implementation projects and consultancy services.
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Participating in discussions and workshops with the implementation partner to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
Providing expert guidance on Workday Financial Management functionalities to support the implementation process.
Advising on local Polish financial regulations, including JPK and KSeF requirements, to ensure compliance during the rollout.
Collaborating with the global implementation partner to address challenges specific to the Polish market.
Supporting the transition from SAP by advising on integrations and functionalities that will remain in SAP during the migration.
Contributing to the development of project documentation and training materials for end-users.
