Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw seeks a Solution Architect to own SRE, observability and monitoring strategy. You will partner with engineers and internal customers to automate operations, improve reliability and maximise value from modern observability tools, including AI agents.

You will define standards for alerting, SLOs and distributed tracing, while mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions for cloud-based environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect in cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of site reliability engineering and observability architectures.
• Excellent strategic thinking and vision-setting with stakeholder communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for SRE, observability and platform engineering.
• Coach and support engineers in the teams.
• Scout and analyse new observability features; map to business needs.
• Set standards for automated service operations, alerting, SLOs and tracing.
• Advise internal customers on the value of SRE, observability and monitoring.
• Consult teams on automation and effective use of observability tools.
• Leverage AI to modernise the service.
