Job summary

Atos is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for a 100% remote IT project based in Poland, serving the railway industry. You will shape and oversee the solution architecture, align business and technical requirements, and lead integration efforts across complex systems.

You will work with Sparx EA, Jira and Azure DevOps, applying UML, ArchiMate and BPMN standards to deliver robust, scalable solutions while ensuring high availability and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar IT architecture role.
• Strong knowledge of high-availability mechanisms and modern frontend/backend frameworks.
• Experience with UML, ArchiMate and BPMN 2.0 modeling.
• Familiarity with Sparx EA, Jira and Azure DevOps for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and oversee the overall solution architecture.
• Define and document business, application, data and technical architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
• Model and document business processes and test scenarios.
• Support system integration initiatives and recommend technology solutions.
• Ensure architectural consistency across the solution landscape.
