Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to strengthen its online presence through Google, YouTube and Meta ads. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and analyze data to hit KPI targets. You’ll collaborate with Creatives, Data, and Content teams, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve campaigns.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strong communication, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. This is a remote-friendly role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with proven results.
• Expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytics skills using GA4, Looker Studio and related tools.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.
• Ensure accurate tracking mechanisms aligned with industry standards.
• Hands-on approach and clear communication.

Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger’s PPC team and help us bolster Hostinger’s online presence through advertising across PPC channels. As Senior PPC Specialist, you'll generate demand, educate the audience, and adapt strategies to enhance billings and reach key performance indicators - collaborating closely with the Creatives, Data, and Content teams.

Your day-to-day

• Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social channels
• Strategy Development: Craft and implement PPC strategies that align with business goals, staying ahead of the industry curve
• Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to garner insights, report on performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions
• Budgeting: Efficiently allocate and manage substantial budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices
• Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams to maximize their effectiveness through PPC campaigns

Your expertise and experience

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of results
• Expertise in platforms like Google Search Ads, YouTube ads and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and similar tools
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to optimize workflows, analyze data, and drive innovative solutions
• Ensure accurate tracking mechanisms are in place and are in line with the latest industry standards
• Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution
• Outstanding communication skills
