TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to oversee compliance with local and international regulations. The role involves advising internal teams, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with external counsel.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in contract departments or international law, fluency in English, and strong analytical skills. Russian language is advantageous; MiFID II experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Russian is a strong advantage.
• Experience with multiple legal jurisdictions (e.g., Dubai, UK, Europe).
• MiFID II certification and corporate/legal experience are highly valued.
• Experience in international or in-house corporate law is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements

• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law Master Degree in Law or compatible fields would be a plus.

• Experience 5+ years in a contract department of a reputable in-house company, corporate secretarial or related function, preferably managing multiple jurisdictions or experience in an international law firm
