Responsibilities

• Lead scope development, renovation/asset planning, and budgets for Southeast Senior Housing portfolio.
• Mentor regional Project Managers and Associates to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• Develop and underwrite value-add investment plans; coordinate with inter-company teams.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess condition and major CapEx needs.
• Oversee permits, approvals, and licenses; liaise with city officials.
• Negotiate subcontracts, change orders, and vendor agreements to optimize value.
