Job summary

HSP Group is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead strategic client onboarding, implementation, consulting, and transformation programs across our global service offerings. You will be accountable for successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and maintaining governance across a portfolio of complex multi-country engagements.

Success requires exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience leading global transformation and multi-country delivery programs.
• Proven track record managing senior stakeholders and strategic client relationships.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of high-impact client projects across payroll, accounting, HR, and related services.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Lead strategic onboarding, implementation, and transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable delivery processes across the Special Projects function.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support growth and client satisfaction.
