Job summary

Trident is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to manage financial reporting across multiple RV parks, ensuring GAAP compliance.

This hands-on role involves full-cycle accounting using NetSuite and working closely with park operations to optimize processes. Candidates should have strong accounting experience, familiarity with U.S. GAAP, and proficiency in NetSuite. The position is fully remote with a monthly salary of $1500 and up to 12 Paid Time Off days.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite (GL, bank reconciliations, bill entry, journal workflows).
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience with ownership of month-end close.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process for each park/entity.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
• Manage revenue accounting for monthly rent charges.
• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable workflow.
• Partner with park managers to clarify transactions.

Skills
