Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of M&A and strategic investments.
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across commercial, technical, legal, tax, and finance.
Prepare materials and present recommendations to senior management and committees.
Lead divestiture processes for renewable assets and monetize portfolios.
Mentor junior team members and build deal execution capabilities.
Collaborate with Development, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on strategy.
