Job summary

Paleovalley & Wild Pastures seeks a Senior Google Media Buyer to drive profitable customer acquisition for subscription-based eCommerce brands. You will own Google Ads end-to-end and use GA4, Mixpanel and Haus data to guide spend and creative briefs.

This remote independent contractor role offers approximately 40 hours per week, with CET preference, and the chance to influence health-focused products at scale across the U.S. and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Google Ads experience across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube.
• Experience in fast-paced subscription eCommerce.
• Strong ability to scale campaigns while managing CPA/ROAS/MER.
• Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Haus to guide budget optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads end‑to‑end (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)
• Own the strategy from day one in a fast-moving account
• Drive paid acquisition for subscription-based brands
• Hit efficiency targets (CPA, ROAS, MER) while scaling
• Leverage data to guide budget allocation
• Translate insights into actionable creative briefs
• Diagnose and turnaround underperforming metrics quickly
