• Proven experience managing Meta budgets at scale (e.g., $100,000 monthly).
• At least 2+ years as an in-house media buyer.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with industry-standard software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to reach the right audience at the right time.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, ROI, and campaign efficiency.
• Scale campaigns for maximum ROAS while maintaining efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing to bring campaigns from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research and identify audiences using data insights.
• Analyze competitor ads and adjust strategies for impact.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and performance.
• Present clear performance data and insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture and ongoing improvement.
