Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to drive Finance and HR workstreams. You will analyze business requirements, design functional solutions using standard D365 capabilities, and configure the system to meet project needs.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, guide best practices for ERP solutions, and assist in testing and validation of configured modules across Finance and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis.
• Proficiency in Functional Design.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Design functional solutions using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resources modules.
• Support the Finance and HR workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
