Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Poland is seeking a Finance Analyst to apply fundamental cash and accrual accounting principles. You will prepare, review, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties, supporting the Financial Strategy and Operations function.

In this remote role, you will respond to client inquiries, manage journals, purchase orders, and invoices, and use data from multiple sources to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience considered.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Generate and review financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
• Create and manage purchase orders and process invoices.
• Post journal entries and ensure correct cost center coding.
• Use data from multiple sources to support decision making.
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages for accuracy.
