Future Mind a Solita Company is expanding its Digital Analytics team and seeks an analytics implementation specialist to own measurement design and data quality across web and mobile apps. You will define event taxonomies, configure GTM/Firebase, and validate data in BigQuery while building Looker Studio dashboards.

You'll collaborate with clients and developers, ensuring GDPR and Consent Mode compliance, and help raise analytics standards across projects and markets.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing digital analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus experience with Firebase in mobile apps.
• Ability to independently create event taxonomies and tracking plans.
• SQL and BigQuery skills sufficient to validate data, plus hands-on experience with Looker Studio.
• Understanding of Consent Mode and GDPR requirements in the context of analytics tracking.
• Confidence working directly with clients and developers, from consulting to explaining technical implementation details.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Polish at C1 level or above, and confidence working directly with clients.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics implementation from measurement design to data quality across web and mobile apps.
• Design consistent event taxonomies and tracking plans for GA4, GTM, and Firebase.
• Configure and implement tracking with GTM and collaborate with developers.
• Validate data in BigQuery and build dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Advise clients and teams, sharing knowledge and helping develop analytics standards.
