Job summary

Future Mind, a leading digital advisory and delivery company in Poland, is expanding its Digital Analytics team. You will own analytics implementation from measurement design to data quality across web and mobile apps.

You will design event taxonomies, configure tracking with GTM, validate data in BigQuery, and build dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI. Remote work available with Warsaw and Tychy offices for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing digital analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus Firebase in mobile apps.
• Ability to independently create event taxonomies and tracking plans.
• SQL and BigQuery skills sufficient to validate data, plus hands-on experience with Looker Studio.
• Understanding of Consent Mode and GDPR requirements in analytics context.
• Confident in client-facing discussions and explaining technical implementation details.
• English at B2 level or above and Polish at C1 level or above.

Make sure product decisions are built on data people can trust. At Future Mind (a Solita company), we’re growing our Digital Analytics team and looking for someone to own analytics implementation — from measurement design to data quality across web and mobile apps.

This job is all about:

• Designing consistent event taxonomies and tracking plans for GA4, Firebase and other tools (including CDPs), translating business goals into precise specifications.
• Configuring and implementing tracking in Google Tag Manager, working with developers on web and mobile app integrations.
• Testing events and parameters, validating data in BigQuery and maintaining data quality across platforms and markets.
• Configuring GA4, Firebase and GTM, including Consent Mode, data exports and the technical setup of A/B experiments, while keeping an eye on tool costs.
• Building dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI, from tracking-quality monitoring to business reporting in smaller projects.
• Advising clients and technical teams, sharing knowledge and helping develop our analytics implementation standards.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience implementing digital analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus experience with Firebase in mobile apps.
• Ability to independently create event taxonomies and tracking plans.
• SQL and BigQuery skills sufficient to validate data, plus hands‑on experience with Looker Studio.
• Understanding of Consent Mode and GDPR requirements in the context of analytics tracking.
• Confidence working directly with clients and developers, from consulting to explaining technical implementation details.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Polish at C1 level or above, and confidence working directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Server‑side GTM, Power BI or customer data platforms (CDPs), such as Synerise.
• Experience in an agency, consulting or delivering projects for multiple clients.

• Projects and clients: analytics implementations from scratch, existing-tracking audits and measurement improvements for retail and e‑commerce brands, across web and mobile.
• Project setup: in smaller projects, you own analytics end to end; in larger ones, you collaborate with Product Data Analysts and clients’ data teams.
• Variety: one large project or several smaller ones, spanning different businesses, markets and technology stacks.
• Remote work: work from anywhere, with offices in Warsaw and Tychy available. Occasional client meetings may be needed depending on the project.
