Job summary

RITS Group, a Poland-based IT company, is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Data Architect to lead the target data architecture for multi-domain commercial data. You will design scalable models, define standards, and shape real-time integration patterns across CRM, Service Desks, and Analytics platforms.

You will own semantic authority for AI-ready data, ensure governance with GDPR/GxP alignment, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to modernize the data landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data architecture or solution architecture.
• Proven track record of designing data backbones that support multi-application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Target Data Architecture and evolve a scalable, modern data foundation.
• Define Domain Models, Standards, and taxonomies for commercial entities.
• Design real-time and event-driven data streaming and API contracts.
• Own semantic content and validation gates for AI-ready data products.
• Align data governance with provenance, retention, and GDPR compliance.
• Manage ADR governance and ensure architectural decisions align with standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and modernize the data landscape.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Data Engineers.
