For one of our clients we are looking for an experienced Information Architect to join a large-scale data transformation initiative focused on building strong, reusable data foundations for advanced analytics and AI.
The role is highly business-oriented and sits at the intersection of information architecture, data modeling, data governance, and enterprise data management. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define common information concepts, models, and governed data assets across commercial and customer-related domains.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop information architecture for sales, commercial, customer, and related business domains
- Design and maintain business concepts, information models, and data structures supporting key business processes
- Create conceptual and logical data models based on business requirements
- Translate business needs into structured information and data requirements
- Develop and maintain common business definitions, glossaries, metadata, and information standards
- Support the creation of reusable and governed data assets and data products
- Ensure consistency of business concepts and information models across different functions and systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and engineering teams
- Support data governance and information management initiatives
- Contribute to building AI-ready and analytics-ready data foundations
- Work with modern enterprise data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems
Must-have
- Min. 7 Proven experience as an Information Architect, Data Architect, Data Modeler, or in a similar information management role
- Strong hands-on experience with conceptual and logical data modeling
- Experience with information architecture, information modeling, or enterprise data modeling
- Strong understanding of data governance and information management
- Experience with business glossaries, metadata management, data catalogs, or common business definitions
- Ability to translate business processes and requirements into information and data models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with business and technical teams in large or complex organizations
- Good understanding of modern cloud data platforms, including Azure, Snowflake, or dbt
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice-to-have
- Experience within sales, commercial, customer, CRM, or customer data domains
- Experience with customer segmentation, sales pipeline, lead management, sales performance, or similar commercial processes
- Experience with reusable data products and shared enterprise data assets
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Experience in multinational or global organizations
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or enterprise AI initiatives
