Job summary

RITS Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the Target Data Architecture, building a scalable foundation for CRM, Service Desks, Marketing Automation, and Commercial Ops.

You will own semantic content, define domain models, and establish real-time integration patterns while aligning with GDPR and enterprise standards. Collaboration with product owners and enterprise architects is essential for modernizing the data landscape.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data architecture and modeling across enterprise domains.
• Experience with multi-application ecosystems (CRM, ERP, analytics).
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Target Data Architecture for a scalable commercial data foundation.
• Define domain models and standards with DDD to bind sub-domains.
• Design real-time data streaming and API contracts for synchronization.
• Own semantic content and validation gates for AI-facing surfaces.
• Ensure governance, ADRs, and alignment with GDPR and security guidelines.
• Reduce technical debt and modernize the data landscape while collaborating with leaders.
