Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Commercial P&C / MGA based in Poland to join a remote-first team delivering insurance technology solutions. You will translate complex MGA and commercial insurance requirements into actionable configurations, user stories, and acceptance criteria across the policy lifecycle.

Collaboration with underwriters, stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA will drive SIT/UAT, testing, and delivery of compliant, scalable configurations

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years of business analysis experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong MGA domain knowledge and lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with insurance platform implementations and SIT/UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Aufgaben

• Lead business requirements analysis with MGA stakeholders and underwriters.
• Translate needs into platform configurations, user stories, and specs.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configurations or integrations.
• Define end-to-end commercial insurance lifecycle requirements.
• Design broker submission workflows and underwriting processes.
• Coordinate system integrations with rating engines and carriers.
• Support SIT/UAT and coordinate business sign-off.
• Collaborate with product, architects, developers, and QA.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure traceability.
