Sii Ukraine LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team focusing on Remarketing processes for used vehicles. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and work with Product Owners and IT across countries.

The role requires strong experience in business analysis, backlog management, and testing, with a hybrid model of 2–3 days in the Warsaw office. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Define, document and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
• Plan and support functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support solution rollouts and change management activities.
• Identify business impacts of new solutions and define actions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project/maintenance teams.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team working on digital solutions supporting the Remarketing area, focused on processes related to the resale of used vehicles. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams across different countries, helping to translate business needs into effective and sustainable solutions.

• Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements
• Defining, documenting and validating requirements together with business stakeholders
• Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing requests
• Planning and supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing
• Supporting solution rollouts and change management activities
• Identifying business impacts of new solutions and supporting action plans
• Acting as a link between business stakeholders and project or maintenance teams
• Providing functional support, monitoring production and coordinating user requests

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams
• Practical knowledge of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management
• Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation
• Ability to assess the business impact of new solutions and define appropriate actions
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Openness for a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week from the office in Warsaw
