Job summary

Sherpany is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components and pipelines for our board and executive meetings product. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical AI solutions with high quality and reliability.

You will work hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related frameworks, focusing on performance, scalability, and on-prem deployments while staying ahead of emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products.
• Experiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver innovative features.
• Integrate AI solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows.
• Work with on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
