Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer for a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end AP processes from vendor setup to payment execution, with responsibilities spanning reconciliations, month-end close support, and inquiries across internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong data entry accuracy, Xero and ServiceTitan experience, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel. This position offers remote work with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Proven end-to-end AP process experience from vendor setup to payment execution.
• Strong data entry accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Experience with reconciliations of vendor statements, banks, and AP ledgers.
• Xero proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including vendor setup, invoice processing and payment execution.
• Perform high-volume data entry with high accuracy in accounting systems.
• Conduct reconciliations across vendor statements, bank accounts, and AP ledgers.
• Oversee AP inbox and handle vendor queries and internal requests.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and manage approval processes.
